California employers have faced a variety of new laws and regulations in the past few years addressing everything from remote work, coronavirus-related business closures to steadily increasing minimum wage laws.  This presentation will give an overview of changes to employment rules put in place in late 2022 and those that are coming online this year, as well as give some best practice advice on how to follow those new rules.  Among other topics, the presentation will address:

  • California’s new pay transparency laws which require all job postings to have listed pay ranges and for large employers to submit annual reports regarding employee pay
