What Are Couch Chats?

Couch Chats are facilitator-led conversations in which you engage and connect with your peers virtually to discuss the changing business environment and association dynamics. Couch chats are not like traditional education sessions where you just "listen", but rather, we encourage you to actively participate in the conversations. If you have questions, challenges, or successes to discuss, please join us!

Theme:  Recruitment & Retention

  • Dues: how are you balancing the economics of members with the need for revenue?
  • Recruitment: What is working? Are people going back to direct mail?
  • Messaging: What are people using? Are they still using a COVID message or have they moved back to more traditional messaging?


Although this Couch Chat is designed for Membership and Marketing Professionals, anyone may attend.
