What are Couch Chats?

Couch Chats are facilitator-led conversations in which you engage and connect with your peers virtually to discuss the changing business environment and association dynamics. Couch chats are not like traditional education sessions where you just "listen", but rather, we encourage you to actively participate in the conversations. If you have questions, challenges, or successes to discuss, please join us!

• Volunteers - How has the necessity of being virtual evolved the experience and relationship with volunteers?
  
• The Board of Directors - CEOs have done more leading and deciding during the crises. How has the dynamic changed at the leadership level?
  
• Members - Associations really stepped up during the crises to serve members.  Did the “brand” of the association change as perceived by the members?
  

Audience

Although this Couch Chat is designed for CEOs/Executive Directors and those that work with and manage volunteers, or work regularly with members, anyone may attend.
