Melissa Manchester

I started out as a temporary receptionist with a non-profit association, and literally worked my way up through every area of association management. I've been a bookkeeper, a meeting planner, a graphic designer (although not well!), a board secretary, an HR administrator, a membership assistant, a legislative assistant...you name it, I've done it. That experience has given me a depth of knowledge of how associations run, making me a very proficient generalist. I started my own firm in 2019.
