Tracy Schorle is an accomplished association management leader with over 20 years of experience. Since joining MCI in 2023, she has led the Advisory Services division at MCI USA, enhancing strategies and operations for notable organizations, including the Council for Advancement in Secondary Education and the American Heart Association. Tracy played a pivotal role in founding the Society for RNA Therapeutics and the Responsible Online Gaming Association.
Her extensive background includes executive director positions with Meeting Professionals International’s various chapters and the Society of Information Management’s Chicago Chapter. Tracy is also a respected educator, having taught at Carrington College for 15 years, and is a renowned speaker in association management.
