Jenn Jones

Jenn has extensive experience in advocacy, coalition building, and strategic nonprofit organizational management. She excels in financial planning; strategic planning; developing robust sponsorship and partner programs; marketing and communications strategy; local/state/national advocacy; and leading and developing high-performing teams.Jenn currently serves as the Executive Director of the California Water Environment Association (CWEA), Founded in 1928, CWEA is a 501(c)3 association comprised of 10,400 California water professionals. The organization strives to enhances the education and effectiveness of California's wastewater professionals through training, certification, dissemination of technical information, and promotion of sound policies to benefit society through protection and enhancement of the water environment.The wastewater industry is supported by a robust and diverse group of professionals who design effective treatment plants and processes, including collecting wastewater, separating impurities from water, cleaning/treating water, and returning the clean/treated water to the environment. CWEA has 17 local chapters across California and is a proud member association of the Water Environment Federation.
