Meghan Whitbeck

Meghan Whitbeck has been a dedicated member of the International Anesthesia Research Society (IARS) since 2013, bringing over 18 years of expertise in communications, marketing, meetings and member engagement. Starting her career as a journalist, Meghan developed her communication skills before moving into association work. At IARS, she plays a pivotal role in crafting marketing and communications strategies for engaging the global anesthesiology community. In her role, she also supports the Membership Committee and Subcommittees, as well as member engagement activities like the Online Member Community. Outside work, Meghan enjoys road trips with her husband and dog, Billie, and seeking out the perfect fancy donut.
