Coaching In Place – How to Stay Curious and Be a Better Leader

The field of Executive Coaching has grown exponentially over the past few years, but you don’t have to be a certified coach to create a coaching mindset as you lead your team. During our time together we will practice using some key coaching questions that can lead to deep insights and conversation that can benefit you personally and that can be added to your leadership toolkit!

Just for a start, think about this “teaser” question: “What is the most challenging thing for you right now?”

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received within 3 business days of the event otherwise you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. No shows will also be charged $25.

Content Leader

Jo Linder-Crow, PhD has more than 30 years of association executive experience at the national and state levels. Last summer she stepped down from her 18-year role as CEO of the California Psychological Association and is now the CEO of JLC Coaching and Consulting. She provides individual and team executive coaching as well as consultation and meeting facilitation for organizations that want to maximize the effectiveness of staff/governance relationships and achieve organizational excellence. She is a Certified Professional Coach, having completed a 72-hour training program from the College of Executive Coaching.
