LevelUP your Strategic Frameworks: The Future of Strategic Planning

While strategic planning is not new, the speed of change has led to shorter time horizons, challenging both leaders and opportunities for growth. Vista Cova interviewed 20 leading associations to dissect how they approach strategic planning and what creative enhancements they have incorporated to stay relevant and ahead of the curve. This research explores the impact of rapidly evolving strategic processes, from traditional ten-year plans to agile annual sprints. Learn how top association executives navigate uncertainties and embrace change post-COVID, forging successful paths towards a purpose-driven future. Unveil the transformative power of strategic frameworks to empower boards, volunteers, and staff in steering associations towards resilience and achievement. Walk away with tools, tips and tricks to begin this important work upon returning to your association.
