In this lunch and learn we will discuss the use of participatory budgets to guide decisions in committee and board discussions. The presentation will draw from the experience of an Oregon Parks & Recreation Association and the lessons learned in this process. A template dashboard will be provided to attendees to assist with work in their own organizations.

Time is available after the presentation for discussion among peers and shared learning.
