CalSAE Meeting Planner Luncheons are a place for you to:
- Connect with your meeting planners peers
- Share tips and new event ideas
- Get input on your most challenging problems
- Find out about the latest in the association industry
Registration is complimentary and lunch will be provided.
Space is limited to 20 attendees, early registration is recommended.
Now open to both members and non-members.

Attire - Casual dress/jeans are just fine
Parking - DOCO Parking Garage located beneath the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel (corner of 5th and J Streets). Echo & Rig is located inside the hotel. Self-park - first two hours validated (bring tickets with you), valet available but not validated. Parking can potentially be limited for non-hotel guests. There are 3 other DOCO garages that are eligible for 2-hour validation if needed.
