Debbie Holmes is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, boasting over thirty years of experience. She started her journey at Walt Disney World, focusing on food and beverage and special events, conference services, and diversity events, before transitioning to Disneyland to work in Group Sales. Her career then brought her to San Diego, where she excelled at the Del Mar and La Jolla Marriott. With a thirst for adventure, Debbie took on taskforce roles, ultimately making her way to the Santa Barbara market.

She has worked with several luxury hotels in the area but found her true calling with the Marriott brand at a franchised hotel. Known for her fun and outgoing personality, Debbie embraces challenges and enjoys attending festivals or relaxing on the beach. A recent highlight in her career was hosting the White House and earning a challenge coin for exemplary service from the President of the United States during a mission to the Santa Barbara region.
