Nawrot is the CEO of VideoRequest, a video software, helping organizations collect and create videos all through one solution. Nawrot was formerly the COO of Informz, an email marketing company focused in the association and nonprofit space, that she joined in 2005 and worked through 2017.

Prior to Informz, Nawrot worked for a desktop mapping GIS software company.
