What Scholarship Covers | Timing |
| Achieving Your CAE | Candidates that qualify or will be qualified in the next year, to take the Certified Association Executive exam. | The award of $500 can be applied to anything related to attaining your CAE (books, exam fee, Study Group, etc.) or to re-certification. Qualifier: you must take the exam within one year of being granted the award. |
The CAE exam takes place in December and May each year.
Associations West study groups (virtual) meet weekly for 8 to 10 weeks before the December exam.

| ELEVATE Annual Conference | Mid and upper-association management. For more event info click here. | This award provides complimentary registration, three nights at the host hotel, and reimbursement of travel expenses. |
April 12-15, 2026 in Newport Beach, CA

| Learning Fund | Newer to associations or at a mid-career level, and those who may not be able to travel to other events. | $250 "credit" that can be applied for registration at any in-person or virtual program. | Can be applied to any program in 2026. |
Scholarship applications will be reviewed by the Leadership Development Committee and recipients announced in late January.
