Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted to the CalSAE office via email to by April 8, 2024, to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued if request is received after April 8, 2024. No refunds will be issued to those who register for the conference but do not attend. However, you may substitute another attendee in your place if you are unable to participate.
