    Price: $1,000 each (11 opportunities)
    • Host one of the concurrent learning session rooms for a day. Includes branded signage outside of the room, a high boy display table at the meeting room entrance, and the ability to put your branded marketing materials out at the participant place settings.
  • General Session - SOLD!
    Price: $2,500
    • Keep the energy going on Day 2 with our General Session. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to showcase your company while introducing the General Session and promoting your brand at the beginning of the program (<5 minutes at the podium including a promotional video).
  •  Keynote & Awards Ceremony - SOLD!

    • Kick-off ELEVATE by supporting the celebration of our outstanding volunteers in three categories. Promote your brand at the beginning of this prestigious occasion and introduce the Keynote (<5 minutes at the podium including a promotional video).

    • Get valuable small group time with 20 participants during one of the preconference activities on Sunday. Includes your registration to the chosen activity.
  • Sunrise Energizer Activities

    • Be the first thing on participants' minds in the morning by hosting a wellness activity. Potential activities may include spin class, yoga, HIIT, meditation, scavenger hunt walks...anything that gets participants up and ready for the day.

    • Support a major fundraising effort for CalSAE by having an ongoing presence with your logo/link on the landing page (online before, during, and after the conference). The Silent Auction will be open to all CalSAE members and non-members, so the reach is much greater than just the ELEVATE participants!
