Leadership in the Age of Not Knowing

The most seasoned and expert CEOs find themselves in a very unusual spot: not knowing.  Revenue. Meetings. Talent. Social justice. Technology. Economy. The list goes on. Everywhere association leaders turn, there are complex issues rife with uncertainty and unclear paths forward.  At Insights 2023, we're going to lean into this dynamic, exploring how CEOs and their boards and teams can successfully navigate these uncertain times.

Together, participants will:

  • Identify the unique leadership requirements of the moment and how even experienced leaders need to go into a learning mode

  • Explore how insights, strategy, and governance form the critical core of organization agility and resilience

  • Understand how risk isn't just something to mitigate, but how we can embrace it as a key element of future success
