Pillars of Success - Strengthening Your Leadership
The past couple of years have brought the unique challenges of COVID, a racial reckoning, political upheavals, and violence throughout our country. In this shifting landscape, leaders across the globe are searching for solid ground as they navigate toward a new normal. Today’s leaders face challenges that stretch beyond service, development, and profitability. They must prepare for issues of managing a hybrid work force, balancing priorities, recruitment and retention concerns, and more. Business leaders must create new strategies to ensure their teams and employees remain connected, collaborative, and engaged. This is the time to turn obstacles into opportunities! This self-reflective program illuminates the three key pillars of leadership, empowering leaders to hit "refresh" on the way they lead. Participants will connect their competencies in each pillar with the performance and behaviors of those reporting to them. These insights will pave the way for lasting changes and stronger, healthier teams.

  1. Illuminate the 3 pillars essential for strong leadership, and the impact of creating change in each pillar.
  2. Provide structure and guidance for evaluating team health and leadership strengths (and weaknesses).

Table Sponsor
Table hosts will need to provide the following: table decor, place setting favors for each guest (6 seats per table including you), table centerpiece to be raffled off (min $50 value), one gift for prize drawing (min $100 value). Up to 2 company representatives may sit at your table. Venue will provide white table linen, napkins and standard place settings - you do have the option to bring your own linens and place settings if you wish but please notify CalSAE.
