Join us in celebrating the support and shared knowledge of our Oregon peer community. Hear what your peers are finding successful in the post-pandemic association world.
Partake in solution-focused conversations - our first hour will be spent crowd-sourcing ideas for members’ most pressing challenges. Include a topic/question you would like to bring up on your registration form, we will then choose several to discuss as a group.
Followed by a hosted happy hour to continue to build connections in the association community and celebrate our industry partners.

Kate Kanapeaux, Director, Acumen Executive Search
Kate has over 20 years of executive experience, leading teams in revenue development, community engagement, and market expansion. She is passionate about finding the right people to thrive in executive and unique roles. She understands the value of building and articulating an organization’s culture, developing consensus among teams, and having the right people in the right roles. Leveraging the common success model from her work with professional associations, she encourages organizations to look at their recruiting and retention from a place of employee engagement and continuous improvement.
