Member Exhibit Space
$1,650 - 10'x10' booth
After October 31: $1,750
Corner Booth Upgrade: $100 (90 available)
Membership dues for the current year must be paid in full to receive the member rate, otherwise, the non-member rate will be applied.
Each 10'x10' booth includes three exhibitor registrations. You may include up to two more additional exhibitors for a total
of five per booth for an additional $250 each. If you would like to exhibit, but need to discuss a payment solution,

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing and will be controlled by email transmittal date. In the event an exhibitor must cancel, the following refund policy applies: Cancellation notice received prior to 11:59 pm, October 31, 2023, will result in a loss of 50% of the total fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2023. Any space not paid in full by 11:59 pm, October 31, 2023, may be reassigned to another exhibitor. Downsizing of contracted exhibit space will be subject to the same refund schedule. Cancellation policy applies to EXCHANGE Appointment Show desks as well.
